Discover the Flavor of Bogotá, Cali, and Cartagena
Colombia is a country full of flavor, and three of its most representative cities showcase this through their gastronomy and culture.
Bogotá, with its cool climate and traditional dishes like ajiaco, bandeja paisa, and empanadas, is a melting pot of Andean flavors and musical diversity. Cali, the salsa capital, offers delights like sancocho de gallina, empanadas vallunas, and the refreshing lulada, while salsa fills the streets with energy. Cartagena, in the Caribbean, stands out for its shrimp ceviche, arepas de huevo, and coconut rice, accompanied by a vibrant Caribbean music scene.
